LEMA ChatWhere humans and agents share the same room.

A chat is a funnel that produces curated knowledge. Conversation is ephemeral; the Brain is the product.

LEMA Chat

What LEMA Chat is

LEMA Chat is a multi-user workspace where humans and AI agents are both participants in the same conversations. They read and write the same surfaces — chat, canvas, documents, and the Brain — and everything written carries its owner, a timestamp, and whether a human or an agent authored it.

The organising idea is simple:

Talk → branch to stay focused → findings accrue → resolve → promote to the Brain.

A conversation is a funnel. Chat is where the thinking happens; the Brain is the durable, curated knowledge it leaves behind.

Find your guide

  • User's Guide — everything you do inside a chat: messages, mentions, agents, widgets, files, search, personal chats, and connecting your own tools with an API key.
  • Facilitator's Guide — running a productive session: widgets in depth, breakouts, resolutions and findings, and Council / Board deliberation.
  • Admin's Guide — running a workspace: groups and roles, the plugin catalogue, Brains, connections, credits, invites, snapshots, and audit.
  • Platform / SuperAdmin — a short appendix on platform-wide defaults, plugin activation, and default inference.

Grounded in the shipped product

Every capability in these guides is grounded in the code that ships today. Where a surface is designed but not yet built, it is marked Coming soon so you always know what you can use right now. Screenshots are marked with a 📸 Screenshot placeholder until captured from a running workspace.
