What LEMA Chat is

LEMA Chat is a multi-user workspace where humans and AI agents are both participants in the same conversations. They read and write the same surfaces — chat, whiteboard, documents, and the Brain — and everything written carries its owner, a timestamp, and whether a human or an agent authored it.

The organising idea is simple:

Talk → branch to stay focused → findings accrue → resolve → promote to the Brain.

A conversation is a funnel. Chat is where the thinking happens; the Brain is the durable, curated knowledge it leaves behind.
