Invites & members

Inviting people

Bring people into a workspace with invites. From the sidebar's invite control you can send multiple invites at once, and manage the ones that are still pending.

  • Each invite produces a token; the recipient accepts it to join the workspace.
  • An invited person who signs in is onboarded straight into the workspace, including a seeded Private chat of their own.

Invite-email settings (such as the from/reply configuration) live on the Admin console's Settings page.

Members & access

  • The Members view shows who's in the workspace.
  • What each member can do comes from their assigned roles; what knowledge they can see comes from their groups. Manage both from Groups & roles.
  • Domain licences let you associate a workspace with an email domain to streamline onboarding people from that domain — see Workspace settings.

Removing access

Because roles and groups are the levers, removing someone's access is a matter of unassigning their roles and removing them from groups. For a person exercising their right to erasure, see Audit & privacy — that's a self-service, irreversible flow rather than an admin action.
